CYD and running video and sound

Good afternoon,
Some help please, having looked at the video of running a video from the SD card I am confused as to where I can download the code for this project.  I am very new to this and have spent hours on another site that downloads video BUT without sound. This was very disappointing when we found out.  I'm using a CYD board with built in SD card reader.
