Support compiling to LC_MESSAGES style directory structure

Could be nice if the plugin could compile according to directory structure defined in:
https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html#Locating-Catalogs

Can i assist, somehow? I'd rather have this in sooner than later ;)

Edit: Oh, btw, i do compile from LC_MESSAGES already:

compileTranslations: {
input: '../locale/**/LC_MESSAGES/frontend.po',
outputFolder: '.',
format: 'json'
},

But what happens after more than one language has been translated? It overwrites the outfile with the last processed translation.. :-(

I see two ways to solve this:

1. Append translations to an already existing file
2. Generate the output filename from the "**" part on the input side (makes more sense, esp. for lazy-loading languages)

I actually have it running that second way, but it would probably result in breaking changes - so i have added an additional compileTranslations.compileCatalog configuration option - if you set that to true, it will spit out separate files.
