[Bug]: deploy example workflows fail if changes rely on SDK changes

Expected Behavior

Example workflow can run against the changes from the branch specified by PYTHON_LANGUAGE_SDK_BRANCH

Actual Behavior

the workflow failed, e.g. https://github.com/aws/aws-durable-execution-sdk-python-testing/actions/runs/24849053018/job/72744180667?pr=211

Steps to Reproduce

1. make a change in SDK and push to a branch
2. make a change in testing that relies on the SDK change
3. trigger deploy example flow

1.4.0

Python Version

3.13
