Summary

  • adds an opt-in sales pipeline feature for Command Center Spaces
  • stores prospects, draft requests, and append-only activity in dedicated runtime tables
  • adds feature-gated web/desktop kanban and mobile pipeline views
  • adds weekday prospect proposal tooling with human-controlled stage transitions
  • adds a separate Gmail draft-only connector with digest-bound approval, reconciliation, and duplicate prevention

Safety and rollout

  • existing Spaces keep the feature disabled by default
  • agents can propose researched prospects but cannot approve outreach, create external drafts, or mark deals won
  • Gmail exposes exact draft create/list/get operations only and always retains --gmail-no-send
  • outreach is previewed in full and approved before draft creation; sending remains manual in Gmail
  • no prospect data is stored in Git

Validation

  • affected package type checks: core, contracts, client runtime, server, web, and mobile
  • 75 focused server tests
  • 18 focused web tests
  • 2 focused contract tests
  • clean diff and public-repository safety checks
