Doesn't work in claude-code 2.1.71

I followed installation instructions for Claude Code (including restart), then triggered the "Plan to implement" dialogue (one that shows option to clear-context and implement all).

This did not trigger launch the plannotator web UI

Happy to debug with you over Google Meet if you need. We've only seen this issue so far in remote sessions or with the VS Code.

Ghostty terminal homebrew claude-code. I'll try again just in case.

Okay, yeah, weird. I haven't seen or heard any issues here. I use Ghostty.
