When a node becomes reachable directly after starting and memsup is still starting, memory can be unavailable. Prevent this computation until it's available, avoding crashing webmachine with a badarith.

Seems like something that should go in and is relatively low risk. If @seancribbs is +1, I am as well. I will bump the tag so it gets included in rc2 |
