Describe the bug in the current situation
When a staff member starts a restoration, they are redirected to the Create UI, where the email and phone show empty even when the business has them on file.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/en-CA'
- Login as Staff
- Search for BC1200476
- Start a Restoration Filing
- Notice that Email and Phone number doesnt show up on thhe tombstone
