Issue with 0.1.10

Hello,

Was there a problem with the latest version pushed up to NPM (0.1.10, about 12 hours ago by @Pajn)? It seems to be missing the src/dist directories, all it has is the package details in the root, and the typings directory. I noticed this as it seemed to break the react-toolbox/step-header component.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. We will look into this, but you could try to use a earlier version of the package in the meantime.
