Updates the Automated Fidelity Verification script vibe-check-runner.js to adhere to the requested constraints:

  1. Discovery: Now scans for both modified and new/untracked .md files using git ls-files -m -o --exclude-standard alongside the previous git log.
  2. Execution: Temp generated AST analysis files now use temp_${tech}_${file}.ts to ensure concurrent generation doesn't overwrite.
  3. Output: Update successful fidelity validation message to strictly commit with [chore: fidelity-pass].

PR created automatically by Jules for task 502906589134589504 started by @beginwebdev2002

- Expands discovery rule to include untracked '.md' files alongside modified files.
- Refactors code generation temp file naming to prevent collisions.
- Changes auto-commit message from '[chore: benchmark-sync]' to '[chore: fidelity-pass]' upon successful verification.
