Multi-channel live-streaming radio platform. Each channel loops a curated playlist of pre-transcoded audio, broadcast in sync to every listener.
- Realtime engine on Phoenix LiveView: a GenServer-per-channel state machine with PubSub fan-out keeps every listener synced to the same audio segment in real time.
