[Bug]: Windows: Herd UI freezes and crashes with FATAL ERROR napi_throw

Bug description

I'm using Laravel Herd free on Windows.

Problem:
Herd starts, HerdHelper works, hosts file updates correctly, and the internal API responds at http://localhost:9001 with "Cannot GET /".

But the UI freezes when opening Sites, PHP, Node.js, or lower menu sections.

I already tried:

• Clean reinstall
• Empty Herd folder
• Restarting HerdHelper
• Running Herd as administrator

main.log does not show a clear fatal error. It shows PHP/NGINX/API starting correctly and hosts file being updated via HerdHelper.

When I run Herd from CMD:

C:\Program Files\Herd>Herd.exe

I get:

FATAL ERROR: Error::ThrowAsJavaScriptException napi_throw
[stack trace...]

This happens even without projects, so it does not seem related to Laravel projects, node_modules, vendor, or site count.
