Bug description

Hi there,

I've just stopped using Homestead with vagrant/parrallels and set up Herd instead.

Every time I open Herd it shows me the Welcome screen saying "Let's get started" etc. I click to begin and it reinstalls PHP all over again.

Then, the sites I've set up seem to load, but only one works with SSL, even though they are all enabled.

All the sites I have are subdomains under a main project. eg. maindomain.test, media.maindomain.test, metrics.maindomain.test.

Lastly, none of the services look like they are running as the menu always says "Start all" and the active state is greyed out. When I click "Start all" the Nginx active state goes green for a couple of seconds then back to grey, without any error message. But the sites are technically running (without SSL) so something must be running.

I am wondering if it has anything to do with previously using homestead. But homestead etc is all turned off so shouldn't be running at all. Herd installed perfectly on my personal laptop a few months ago and works great, but seems to not be installed correctly on this work one.

Thanks

Ralph

Steps to reproduce

Not sure what to add. It seems to force me to go back to initial welcome page every time I open it.
