Bumps Version/AssemblyVersion/FileVersion 1.1.1 -> 1.2.0 across all four projects (ControlMenu, ControlMenuLauncher, ControlMenuTray, ControlMenu.Common) and finalizes the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] -> [1.2.0]. v1.2.0 contents (everything accrued on master since the v1.1.1 tag): - Imaging Tools module (6 tools + 3 bundled engines: magick + vtracer + potrace) (#48) - Local-Dependencies-Only audit follow-ups (Item 13, #50) - IDeviceRegistrationService extraction (Item 21, #51) - Discovered-panel ghost-on-rescan fix (Item 20, #52) - Wizard scan consolidated onto IDeviceQuickScanService (Item 39, #53) vpk CLI + Velopack NuGet are already at 1.2.0 (the dependency line, unchanged here).
