Readme for pyAVL

pyAVL is a stripped down version of Mark Drela's AVL code. To
compile the code the user must first extract the config.tar.gz archive
in the config directory. 

These configurations have been tested:

    Gfortan compiler

To compile and wrap type:

make gfortran
