Add 1710770400_asmap.dat

This adds the asmap.dat result for the coordinated launch from https://github.com/fjahr/asmap-data/issues/12 from the epoch 1706536800. We had a match from 3 out of 5 participants in the coordinated launch.

To confirm the result of the encoding you also need to check out bitcoin/bitcoin#28793 to get the latest version of asmap-tool. Then you can run the following series commands to ensure you get the same result after compression:

$ shasum -a 256 path/to/final_result.txt
8641982bbe0b3ad06e35c5ccda702821a814159f86ba2d265f96bc1f2890ab88  path/to/final_result.txt

$ python3 contrib/asmap/asmap-tool.py encode path/to/final_result.txt path/to/1710770400_asmap.dat

$ shasum -a 256 path/to/1710770400_asmap.dat
