[Bug] "New Project" button missing in empty state on Ubuntu 26.04 (AMD64) #3470

When opening the projects view in an empty state (no existing projects), the "New Project" button is missing from the interface, making it impossible to create a new project from this screen.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Buzz application.
  2. Navigate to the Projects section/tab with an empty project list.
  3. Observe the empty state area.
  4. See that the "New Project" button is missing.

A "New Project" button should be clearly visible in the empty state so users can easily create or import a project.
