GH Repo directories and files aren't being picked up by the relay

Describe the bug
Trying to set up a company repo in Buzz projects with the help of @fizz but the relay is only able to pick up hidden directories and files i.e [".git", ".claude", ".agents", ".pi", ".gitignore"]

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Fizz set up project relay
2. Click on Buzz on the dropdown vs choosing local
3. Click on Files tab and only be presented with hidden files and directories

Expected behavior
I'm expecting to see the entire source. It looks like we're able to accurately pull git history.

Version and platform
Find your version at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Write "unknown" if you can't determine it.

• Buzz version: v.0.5.5
• OS: Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.2
