I traced the message/thread presentation, attachment-keyed navigation registry and cleanup, stable handler forwarding, modal seek/readiness behavior, metadata-only inline preload, and multi-video determinism. The current implementation addresses the earlier preload and handler-collision findings without introducing a new blocker.
Independent validation on this exact head: Desktop Node suite 4,483/4,483 passed; pnpm typecheck passed; Biome passed on all 12 changed files; git diff --check passed. GitHub Desktop Core, build, smoke E2E, integration E2E, DCO, Semgrep, and zizmor are green.
