[Bug] .NET 6.0 Apparently Cannot Be Targeted

Describe the bug
When I clone the project and I attempt to compile it, I get the error:

The current .NET SDK does not support targeting .NET 6.0.  Either target .NET 5.0 or lower, or use a version of the .NET SDK that supports .NET 6.0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone the project.
2. Open the file BlockMountain.TradingView.sln in Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise Edition v16.11.26.
3. Click the Build menu, and then click Rebuild Solution,

The Errors List window is displayed and lists the following errors as shown in **Figure ** in the Screenshots section.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The project builds successfully.
