test_fuse on macOS hangs

Since some time, the macOS CI run via github actions usually gets killed before it is finished.

Overall setup until execution of tests starts takes about 3-4 minutes so guess that is not the problem.

But whatever comes after this seems to take long or blocks:

That comes next: borg/testsuite/archiver.py::ArchiverTestCase::test_fuse

So we have a FUSE issue here...

From the log:

`osxfuse` has been succeeded by `macfuse` as of version 4.0.0.
To update to a newer version, do:
  brew uninstall osxfuse
  brew install macfuse

osxfuse requires a kernel extension to work.

If the installation fails, retry after you enable it in:

  System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General

You must reboot for the installation of osxfuse to take effect.

Tried more recent macfuse instead of older osxfuse, but still hangs at same spot.

Well, that PR rather was a workaround than a fix.

It still has to be investigated what's up with FUSE / test_fuse.
