Refresh On Courier Restock

When you have the courier relic, the shop's inventory restocks as you make purchases. Say The Spire doesn't properly refresh the inventory, so that you keep seeing the same items and therefore have no idea what you're actually buying.

Hi, I'm currently looking into this. I theoretically fixed this fairly recently. Which version of the mod were you using when you had this bug? The exact version would be ideal as sometimes Steam just doesn't automatically update workshop items and it may have given you an older version.
