Mission
This PR refines OpsNormal's existing cockpit visual system. It is a visual-quality pass only. No data model, persistence, recovery, accessibility encoding, or local-only trust-boundary behavior changed.
What Changed
The hero, telemetry horizon, section framing, Daily Check-In cards, history grid, mobile history flow, Backup and Recovery surface, footer, and design-token documentation were tightened around a calmer premium command-surface direction.
Adds shared structural rhythm through
--ops-rail-baselineand--ops-section-pad, reduces decorative glow, quiets amber attention states, strengthens the detail brief, simplifies mobile history hierarchy, and makes Export JSON the single primary backup action.
