- Add region template variable (dropdown selector) to filter all panels by region (e.g. us-sjc vs us-west1) - Move On-Disk Ratio panel to the top of the dashboard - Filter success ratio and latency panels to exclude on-disk fetches (on_disk!="true") so they only show actual remote fetch metrics - Update legend formats to show meaningful names instead of 'Value' (e.g. 'podman on-disk ratio', 'gcr.io successful fetch percentage') - Ensure all metric selectors include region="$region" filter - Update panel titles/descriptions to indicate on-disk exclusion Co-authored-by: Shelley <shelley@exe.dev>
