The agent I'm using automatically picks up skills from within the repo, so merging to master and seeing how it goes seems like the way to go here.
--test_output=errors has missed things in the past for me, but for 80% of cases it's the right move.

Remote runners will always run builds with cache enabled now, so remove instructions to add the cache flag. Also add --test_output=errors flag, so the agent can easily see failing test output
