Make possible to select audio output device

This feature would be great for those who use HDMI cable to output video to TV.

This would indeed by nice if possible, currently what I do is configure alsa's surround 4.0 PCM to use my HDMI sound, then whenever I want to output to the TV speakers I just set CMPlayer to use 4.0 channel layout :)

An idea I have for solving this, at least as a temporary solution would be allowing for selecting a specific PCM to output to in CMPlayer, that would enable us to set up devices as PCMs in asound.conf and then switch the audio output device by selecting a PCM using the desired device.

Audio device list replaces the previous audio driver list from 731f108.
It seems that mpv requires restart of application whenever audio device is changed.
