The CI Badge was invalid on the main readme page. this is fixing the issue

As I no longer work on Wasmtime or wasm-related projects, I don't consider myself a maintainer of this repo anymore.

I have pinged the BA maintainers on Zulip to find a replacement maintainer that can review and merge your PRs; I hope someone will pick it up shortly.

Started looking into while CI is failing in #315 so we can unblock merging the PRs
