I kept the Docker UX aligned with the Git integration: configure wires up the helper, login/logout manage the secret, and unconfigure removes only secretpec-owned configuration. Docker has no repository-local scope, so the docs explicitly warn that this modifies the active user-level DOCKER_CONFIG, no --global.
