maximumTrackTintColor is not working properly on Android #755

- Binaries: Node: v18.20.4, npm: 10.8.2
- are you using the new architecture? No (Expo-managed workflow)
- which version of react & react-native are you using? React: 19.1.0, React Native: 0.81.5, @react-native-community/slider: 5.1.1, Expo SDK: 54.0.23
Description
maximumTrackTintColor is not working as expected on Android. The colour has a low opacity. e.g. "red" will appear as very light red. This problem is not happening on iOS; it's only an issue on Android.
