I’m a Software Engineer focused on building production-ready AI products that solve real business problems.
I work at PT Bati Investasi Teknologi, where I develop a widget-based AI sales agent embedded directly into client websites. The product is designed to support user engagement and conversion through natural language interactions, and it’s built with scalability, reliability, and observability in mind.
My work spans full-stack development and applied AI systems. I enjoy building clean frontend experiences, designing backend services, and integrating LLM workflows using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). I care deeply about making AI features behave like real products, not black boxes.
I’m still learning, but I ship often, debug carefully, and try to reduce complexity wherever possible.
