I recently stumbled upon a case in my app where there are multiple ad unit IDs for the same type of ads - reward ads.
Currently, it's only possible to prepare one ad per type, which makes the user experience rather miserable, having to wait for a few seconds very often.
This PR changes that and allows preparing ads per ad unit ID.
