Bump devnet version to the next v2.0.0-alpha.12

Dependencies

Depends on a devnet release with following changes merged:

• Devnet: Upgrade rollups-contracts to next v3.0.0 #465
• Devnet: Upgrade rollups-prt-contracts to next v3.0.0 alpha #466
• Devnet: Upgrade build scripts to retrieve cartesi-dave-app-factory address from next v3.0.0 alpha. #467

📈 Subtasks

• Set the new version CARTESI_DEVNET_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl.
• Update checksum for both arm64 and amd64 checksum on Dockerfile.
• Verify whether everything is working as expected.
