Description
This fixes some grammar mistakes found when reusing this projects policies for a different project (chaoss/disclosure#67)
Notes for Reviewers
No substantial changes to the content/meaning are made.
This PR also removes a "policy" to name PRs a certain way (with a [] prefix) that largely isnt being followed anyway
