This PR makes the plugin work under Vulkan mode
Plugin now works when Unity is launched with -force-vulkan flag
Current status & known trade-offs
Functionality: Vulkan mode window movement is now working.
Performance: Current runtime efficiency needs improvement. Frame rate / response time may not be as smooth as when running in OpenGL mode.
Tested on KDE Plasma 6.6.4 Wayland — no issues observed
