Support "docker run --kernel-memory="

We need to investigate if we can support the --kernel-memory= option to the docker run command.

Just because I was reading this earlier today, for reference:

My gut feeling on this one is that its main use is for damage limitation on the host, therefore I suspect setting this up on the host side (outside the VM) might make more sense than setting it up inside the VM (kernel).
