Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be nice to have a command to wipe the data directory and reset LavinMQ to a "virgin" state. rabbitmqctl has this.

Might need to consider what happens when we would run something like this on a running lavinmqprocess, will that be messy?do we need to stop lavinmq?

Maybe utilize lavinmq data-dir-lock(?)
