Doc/Security: Provide clear path for API token revocation and management

What changes are you suggesting?

The steps are clearly described, but one important point is unclear: where can we manage generated API tokens? As a user, I expect to see generated API tokens under Manage account > Account API tokens, but they are not there. This means that if a token is accidentally exposed, we cannot delete or deactivate it.
