What changes are you suggesting?
Soft delete - user recoverable: Moves the message to the user's Recoverable Items - Deleted folder. Messages can be recovered by the user.
Google Workspace does not have a Recoverable Items - Deleted folder, is this a Microsoft Office 365 only option?
Hard delete - admin recoverable: Completely deletes messages from a user's inbox.
Google Workspace does not have a Recoverable Items - Deleted folder, is this a Microsoft Office 365 only option?
Move to trash: Moves messages to the trash or deleted items email folder.
What is the difference between this option and option soft delete? Is one for Microsoft Office 365 and another for Google Workspace?
Move to junk: Moves the message to the junk or spam folder.
No action: Messages stay in the origin folder.

Please clarify the differences between these options, especially the difference between Soft delete an move to trash. Given customers have either a Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365 setup. Please specify if some of the above options like Soft Delete and Hard Delete work on both Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365 setup?
