RFC: multi language code samples / runtime APIs

We should be able to show off the polyglot nature of Workers by having code samples in different languages. An MVP might be JavaScript and TypeScript, but we should consider how Rust would work. I wanted to create this issue to get some thoughts on the best way we could do this.

Should there be a language toggle per code sample? for the entire documentation page?
