Summary
Yesterday evening, we rolled out SCIM support for Authentik. This PR adds docs for how to integrate Authentik with our SCIM apis.
I ran through setup using Authentik locally. Docs should be relatively straightforward & for the most part mirror our Okta/Entra docs
