🚀 Link for easy viewing.

I formatted two of the RFCs before editing the content so that they were using easier to edit wrapped lines. This makes it hard to see my changes when looking at the total diff. To see my changes for those files, look at the individual commits...

Another thought: we should list the CFF GitHub orgs somewhere e.g. in TOC.md

And we should define a rule that one WG can only have repos in one CFF github org. The WG yaml should get a top level property github_org so that the teams can be created in the right org.

LGTM
I found a few cloudfoundry.yml that should be orgs.yml now.

Steps
1. Someone opens a PR that: adds the repo to the [cloudfoundry.yml](../../org/cloudfoundry.yml) and adds the repo to the desired Working Group's yaml.

@stephanme, given that I didn't actually done the work to move from /org/cloudfoundry.yml to /orgs/orgs.yml (it has a good ring to it, no?) I don't think I want to change the places you called out yet.

I think making the change from /org/cloudfoundry.yml to /orgs/orgs.yml should be done after the fact in line with the automation changes.

Thoughts?

@ameowlia: That makes sense and avoids not existing file references.

The file references in rfc-0007-repository-ownership can be changed together with the org automation adaption.
