Second on this question. I use this buildpack for a number of applications and would very much like a supported upgrade path to PHP 8.4 which doesn't seem to be covered today.

im currently in the process of migrating the to the new libbuildpack packager.
which bascily is a conversion from the python/ruby code to golang.

when this is done we can let it run in our ci/cd again with proper update cyles.

For my part, I am only a user on an internal platform. This PR is a little beyond my knowledge :-)

But well done on your work!
