Admins can specify some common text on the home page, but this text cannot include any html formatting. We should allow admins to use basic formatting in welcome message and make sure the text is sanitized before being rendered in the browser. This would let admin provide a lot more info, including images and links, on the landing page to educate users on the domain of the specific Clowder instance.
