search as superadmin does not show all results

Describe the bug
When performing a search as super admin it will indicate that N items are found, but filters them based on your access rights not based on if you have super admin enabled.

Expected behavior
The expectation is that if I'm super admin, search should show everything that I can see.

#100 there is a PR open now that fixes this and a handful of other issues with search.
