You can use Power BI custom HTML visuals to create non standard elements in your Power BI report. To do this you need to download some of the available HTML custom visuals and add to them the desired HTML and CSS code.
This is a open source repository to share different kind of HTML&CSS elements between community. Check Samples folder for what's currently available. Have you build one which you can share? - We do welcome contributions.
For using HTML and CSS code in Power BI you need to use any of the available Power BI Custom Visuals.
