.coafile: add PycodestyleBear

Note this task includes fixing any of the smaller fixes needed for the PycodestyleBear linter to pass.

Any big ones should be separated into separate issues.

@jayvdb I cant fix this. I tried some indentation methods but I didnt really solve it.
