[feature] Create a task by uploading a ZIP file

Currently, whenever I want to create a task, I need to upload 4 components:

• Ingestion program
• Scoring program
• Input Data
• Reference data

Can we have a feature that I can create a task by uploading 1 single ZIP file consisting of these 4 components? This will help us automate the process a little bit more.

Interesting idea. Does it have many use cases, given that we can edit tasks (#742)?

I think this is not needed anymore now that we can edit tasks (so we can upload just one program/dataset when needed).

Also this feature is tricky becausea YAML file specifying which program/data is what is required.

I close the issue. If you think there is good reasons to work on this, please give some details about it.
