rerun all submissions per phase rerun all children independently

Where rerunning all submissions, each child becomes its own submission :

• only one submission with 12 child submissions
  
• after rerunning all submissions, we get 12 new submissions which all correspond to one of the tasks of the initial parent
  

When rerunning a unique submission (with the button in the action column), the behavior is as expected. The issue only concerns the "rerun all submissions per phase" button.
