Version updates for packages?

In planning my own deployment of Codabench, I noticed some outdated versions of applications (e.g. Flower, Celery, redis, poetry, rabbit, etc). Some of the versions in use are no longer supported (e.g. https://www.rabbitmq.com/release-information)
Is there any plan on using updated versions?
What's the latest versions you've tested with?

Hello, we are currently working on updating the packages that we are using. For starters, we are working on updating Django, which you can follow in this pull request
Once this is done, we will continue upgrading Django and the rest of the packages.

We welcome any help anyone can offer for these upgrades !
