Improvements of the forum interface

Done (#1048)

• Make front-end for pinning threads
• Tiny profile pic next to the username
• Improve styling (see comments in Improve forum UI #601)
• User email addresses should not be shown (solved by leaked users fixed #929)
• Fix delete button in forum thread (not showing for some reason)
• Fix delete button in forum thread post (not showing for some reason)

TODOs

• Make usernames clickable

• "Add new post" button should be at the bottom, not at the top of the page?

@Didayolo I think the last point is ok "Button at the top" because if a forum has many posts, this button will go down

@ihsaan-ullah I don't think so. Look at this thread for example: https://www.codabench.org/forums/903/59/

After you read the messages and want to add one, you have to scroll to the top to find the button. The button could even be at both places.
