HMS Picker negative duration

Hi,

I am just asking if you could add +/- to HMS picker so that a user is able to enter a negative duration. That would enable to modify a timestamp like e.g. 1 hour later or 1 hour earlier.

Honestly, we will not have time to implement this soon.
But if you can make e PR I will review and merge it quickly.
